Menu Collection

Description

This collection was created as a result of inspiration gained from the menu collection of our hotel's famous matrie d, Oscar Tschirky, which began over a century ago. Some of these menus are from Oscar's menu collection, while others are from various records in the Waldorf Archive's administrative files. "These menus are not only reminiscent of sumptuous and glorious dinners, but of equally glorious friends and historical occasions."
