This card possibly relates to the opening of the Wedgwood Room on October 9th, 1943.
The reverse gives details of goings on at the Terrace Court, Peacock Alley Cafes, The Men's Bar, The Sert Room and the Norse Grill.
It appears that half of the card is missing as one side is torn.
