Pictured from Left to Right: Oscar Tschirky, Maitre de Hotel; Lucius Boomer, President; Charles Hayden (holding rivet hammer), prominent banker, Chairman of Hayden, Stone & Co., also Chairman of the Waldorf Board, who officiated; and Augustus Nulle, Treasurer of the new Waldorf.
