Black and white photograph depicting Conrad N. Hilton, Chairman of Hilton Hotels Corporation and Chairman and President of Hilton International Co., reviewing a plaque honoring President Herbert Hoover and his thirty-year residence at the Waldorf Towers. This plaque was placed at the entrance to the Towers by the New York Community Trust (in collaboration with the Municipal Art Society, New York University, and the Museum of the City of New York) on September 27th, 1965.
