Silver-Plated Serving Tray
Title
Silver-Plated Serving Tray
Description
A silver-plated serving tray, date unknown but probably early 1900s. The tray features a classic etched leaf pattern on the body and a grape and vine molding on the edges - it was used to display petit fours in the main dining room of the old Waldorf Astoria. The Waldorf Astoria logo is etched in the center and it is most likely made by International Silver Co. There are no marks on the underside of the tray, implying that the bottom may have been replaced.
