Morgan and the late Mrs. Sara Delano Roosevelt, the President's mother, meeting at the dinner given at The Waldorf-Astoria by the English-Speaking Union of the U.S., in honor of Viscount Halifax, British Ambassador to the United Sates, April 15, 1941."

This photograph seems to have been compiled with other photographs in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Waldorf-Astoria which would have been in March 1943.
