The included photographs showcase the history of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel's American Legion Post. These items were donated by the late Mike Cusik, former team member of the Waldorf Astoria hotel.

Hosted in the Grand Ballroom of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, this famous luncheon was the moment in which General deGaulle delivered a speech on conflicts in Europe as a result of WWII. He proclaimed "We are not afraid of peace."
