Black and white photograph depicting Mrs. Sara Delano Roosevelt cutting a three-tiered birthday cake in celebration of the 59th birthday of her son, President Roosevelt. Oscar of the Waldorf officiated, and later selected this picture as one of only 35 included in his biography, Oscar of the Waldorf.
