Correspondence from George C. Boldt to Mr. Harvey H. Duryea.
Title
Correspondence from George C. Boldt to Mr. Harvey H. Duryea.
Subject
Correspondence
Boldt, George C.
Description
In this letter, Mr. Boldt is writing in response to Mr. Duryea thanking him for sending the tax forms for "Mrs. Boldt's property." This property is in fact Boldt Castle, located in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate, New York.
Further into this correspondence, Mr. Boldt informs Mr. Duryea that some of his family members will be traveling out to California where his father-in-law was looking for a residence.
The style of writing, even in the simplest forms of correspondence, has seemed to disappear. Luckily for society, archives all over the world are doing their part to help preserve such an interesting aspect of our nature.
