Executive Chef John Santi (1960s)
Subject
John Santi served as the Executive Chef of the Waldorf Astoria for a brief amount of time in the 1960s. He served as an apprentice at our hotel after WWII and gradually worked his way up to the Executive Chef's position. These photographs were donated by his son, John Santi Jr., in 2014.
