Referenced by publication: "Thirty-third Street and Astor Court. This beautiful room, 85 by 100 feet was finished just in time for Mrs. Bradley-Martin’s famous fancy dress ball, February 10, 1897, and has since retained his name. After the great Astoria ball room was finished, this room was altered to suit its present purposes."
