Description
Black and white photograph depicting the plaque placed at the entrance to the Waldorf Towers by the New York Community Trust in 1965. This bronze plaque honors President Herbert Hoover and designates the Waldorf Towers as Hoover's residence from shortly after he left the White House until his death in 1964.
